OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.   About The Opportunity We are looking for a highly capable Senior Strategy Project Manager (VIP/Institutions) to join our CEO Office department, supporting strategic initiatives across our VIP and Institutional business domains. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, data analytics, and AI transformation. You will partner closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning business growth, operational scaling, and AI-enabled ways of working.   Beyond program execution, we are looking for strong analytical and AI-native thinkers who can structure complex business problems, leverage data and AI-assisted workflows to drive insights, and help scale organizational effectiveness through automation and intelligent operational systems. We are open to high-caliber talent from technology, consulting, fintech, platform, or other fast-paced environments who thrive in ambiguity, operate with strong ownership, and combine strategic thinking with execution excellence.   What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Execution & Organizational Scaling

• Support strategic initiatives related to VIP and Institutional business growth, operational efficiency, client experience, and scalable platform capabilities.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level strategies into scalable execution roadmaps and operating mechanisms.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify business opportunities, operational inefficiencies, performance drivers, and execution risks across VIP and Institutional initiatives.
• Establish and continuously refine governance frameworks, execution cadences, and organizational workflows to improve delivery efficiency, visibility, and accountability across teams.
• Identify cross-functional bottlenecks and systemic inefficiencies, and drive structural, scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes.

AI Transformation & AI-Native Operations

• Support and accelerate company-wide AI transformation initiatives across various business workflows.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery models and operational workflows, including process automation, AI copilots, and intelligent execution systems.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate data exploration, hypothesis generation, insight synthesis, and executive reporting.

Executive Communication & Program Leadership

• Provide clear executive-level updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, enabling fast and informed decision-making.
• Operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments while maintaining strong execution discipline and delivery momentum.

  What We Look For In You

• Minimally 5 years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, strategic operations, consulting, or high-impact project delivery roles.
• Strong analytical thinking with a proven ability to structure business problems, define the right questions, and drive actionable insights using both data and AI-assisted workflows.
• Comfortable operating in an AI-native workflow where judgment, prioritization, and problem-framing matter more than manual execution; strong underlying data literacy — including metric definitions, attribution logic, and statistical interpretation — is expected regardless of tools used.
• Strong executional experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments such as top-tier internet companies, global technology companies, FinTech, trading, or consulting organizations.
• Strong systems thinking — able to identify root causes, simplify complexity, and design scalable operating solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working closely with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• Strong interest in AI-native ways of working and emerging AI-enabled operational models.

  Nice to Haves

• Strong experience in crypto, FinTech, consulting is preferred but not required.
• Experience driving AI adoption across various business workflows.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools, automation frameworks, LLM-based workflows, or AI-assisted productivity systems.
• Bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) proficiency is preferred to better support internal stakeholders across global teams.
